Flat Rate Within the US

• Automatically applied to purchases. Standard shipping within the United States is $10!  Printing takes 3 - 5 days and shipping take another week. Expect the package to arrive within 2 - 3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Express Printing and Shipping (CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO COVID)

• The workbook is printed within 2 days and ships immediately after printing.  The package will typically be received within 5 - 7 days.

• For non-remote locations, the workbook will be printed within 2 days and shipped within 5 days. Total time to receive the workbook is 1 - 2 weeks (NOTE: Delivery time may take longer due to the wide variety of locations).
